Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to 2 days (48 hours) before the date of the booking, the winery will refund the full amount. If you cancel after this deadline, do not show up, or show up with fewer people than the number for which the booking was made, the full amount will be charged.

Punctuality is requested. Unfortunately, once ten minutes have passed since the start of the guided tour, you will not be able to join it, nor will you be refunded.

Gift card

Once sent, gift cards are excluded from the returns system, with the only option being to change the date of the activity.
